A Collaborative Approach To Divorce

Some couples wish to part ways and avoid the arguments, stress and disruption to their children. Collaborative law allows them to work together in a facilitated process to create a divorce agreement that they both agree upon and meets the needs of all parties involved, including the children. Once an agreement out of court is reached, the judge must then give the plan final agreement approval, setting it in place officially.

Ability To Get Results

There are times, however, when parties are at an impasse, and negotiations and collaboration no longer work. Our attorneys are well-equipped with the experience and a proven track record of success to get results, aggressively fighting on your behalf. We work to keep costs low, yet zealously protect your interests and your future.

Our approach is highly customized to your specific situation, circumstances and family dynamics. We take the time to listen to your concerns, goals and preferences to understand how we should approach the case to best achieve the results you want.
