Ms. Bemis began her career as a prosecutor for the City of Tacoma where she successfully tried a number of cases before moving on to civil practice at McGavick Graves. She is a partner at McGavick Graves and concentrates her practice in the area of litigation. Ms. Bemis has experience litigating many types of cases including complex cases in the areas of employment discrimination, commercial matters, breach of contract cases, and trust and estate disputes.
