Biography

Dave J. Luxenberg has been a shareholder at McGavick Graves since 2004.  Mr. Luxenberg concentrates his practice in the area of employment and labor law, primarily representing employers.  Mr. Luxenberg has considerable experience in a variety of areas of employment and labor law, including collective bargaining, organizational activity, unfair labor practices, wrongful termination claims, wage and hour claims, state and federal discrimination law, developing personnel policies and practices, employee discipline and separation, employment security and labor and industry issues, and day-to-day compliance.  Mr. Luxenberg also offers extensive management training and consulting to aid employers’ compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.  Prior to joining McGavick Graves, Mr. Luxenberg served as a judicial clerk for Justice Gerry Alexander on the Washington State Supreme Court.
