Brian Green is a shareholder at McGavick Graves practicing in the areas of business and real estate. His practice emphasis is commercial finance and creditors’ rights where he represents financial institutions and private lenders in all areas of commercial finance, including equipment leasing, contract documentation, and insolvency/collection matters. Additionally, Brian assists clients with entity formation, operation, contract drafting, and acquisition/sale transactions. Brian also provides counsel in many aspects of real estate, including leasing, purchase or sale of property, evaluating and drafting easements and covenants, and analyzing title and survey issues. Before joining the firm Brian worked as an extern to Judge Ronald Leighton in United States District Court, Western District of Washington.
