Mr. Cummings began his career as a prosecutor at the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office, handling the most complex and difficult criminal matters and taking over 100 cases to trial. He practices in the areas of Employment Law – representing employees and employers and conducting independent investigations – Real Estate, Personal Injury, and LGBTQ rights. John particularly enjoys helping transgender clients update the name and gender markers on official documents. An Eagle Scout from Montana, John loves hiking and camping the Pacific Northwest.
